9 Months!

Addyson turned 9 months on March 2. I still can't get over how fast time flies and how quickly she is growing up. She finally got her 1st tooth this week! The 2nd one is about to pop through as well. Two bottom teeth:) It's amazing how 2 teeth make my baby girl look so grown up. Addy is quite mobile and has been since 5 1/2 months. She has mastered crawling, pulling up & down, and cruising furniture in which she did all before 7 months so she keeps me quite busy! She has been into walking while holding our hands. She lets go and can stand and sometimes even takes a step until she realizes she isn't holding on to anything and then falls! When she does fall, we say "Girl down" and she laughs! We will be surprised if she isn't walking by 10 months! We had Addyson's 9 month check up today. She weighed 17 lbs 9 oz and is 27 in. long. She is in the 25th percentile for both. She is definitely my sweet little princess!

5 long days and counting....

At 8 months, Addyson has her first cold, fever, and possible stomach bug. This defintely has been one of the hardest things. She is absolutely miserable and it breaks my heart. It started with a fever on Sunday off and on and we thought she was getting better on Monday....until Tuesday and then Wednesday, and now today! She is not sleeping during the day or at night which doesn't help so we are one tired little family. She is so stuffed up and nose continues to run along with coughing and all the other junk. To top it off, Adam and I have been sick too which makes it that much harder. I would take every once of her pain and sickness if I could to have my sweet, happy girl back. We will be off to the dr if she isn't better later today! Please say a little prayer!

Christmas in the Square

On Saturday night, we met Aunt Shelly, Pop, cousin Jack and Zach at Frisco Square for the all the fun activities! They had a snow slide, but unfortunately it was not working properly so the kiddos didn't get to go down the hill of snow. Cousin Zachary was very diappointed, but he rode the train instead which made him happy! Addyson was an angel the entire time despite the cold. I think she was plenty warm since mom layered her up.:) She was mostly trying to figure out what was going on! We laughed because she was like Ralphie's little brother on A Christmas Story. She couldn't move and would just fall over!!! :):) When we got back to the car, we took her jacket off to put her in the carseat and she gave a big sigh of relief along with a huge smile!! I think she was a happy and much more comfortable girl. It was pretty funny!

Tis the Season!

On Friday afternoon, we went to the 3rd annual Polar Express parade at Willowbend mall. There were TONS of kids everywhere! Cousin Joe danced in the parade and was entertaining as always:) Addy loved all the action and music. At the end of the parade was Santa arriving in his Lexus...haha!! The parade was an hour long so by that time, Addy was not as interested. She was an angel the entire time though. We are so blessed to have such a beautiful little girl who is always happy and smiling no matter what.

Buzz Buzz Bee

Addyson was such a trooper on her first Halloween. We had been out most of the day watching football so she didn't have her normal naps and was extremely tired. She still was a happy girl and held up for a few houses and then it was time to go!! She had fun with all her cousins though! I made her bumblebee costume this year and had so much fun doing it! I am already thinking about what she could be next year!!

We got our little angel geared up and ready for Buckeye football....only a few more weeks!! GO BUCKS!

Say Cheese!

A few weeks ago, Addyson started smiling! She is just so adorable and we could just sit there all day and watch her smile. When we lay her down to change her, there are 2 places in the family room where she stares and starts to smile and giggle. We wish we could be in her shoes just for a second and see what she is exactly laughing at. It is SO funny to us bc she doesn it every time!
